ATTORNEYS, CRIMINAL PROCEDURE - Theappeals courtfound that 196 days was plenty of time for defense counsel to prepare for defendant's sodomy trial.Counsel complained that sheneeded more time to decide on a defense strategy, since the state had dropped its sexual abuse charges against defendant.The court noted that counsel admitted that she had been prepared to try the original case, including the sodomy and sexual abuse charges.
