Miss. Developer Polluted Wetlands, Court Rules

NEW ORLEANS (CN) - The 5th Circuit upheld a verdict that a corporate developer in Mississippi and three individuals violated the Clean Water Act by dumping sewer water into wetlands that drained into the Tchoutacabouffa and Pascagoula Rivers. Defendants are Robert Lucas Jr., Big Hill Acres Inc., Consolidated Investments, Robbie Lucas Wrigley and M.E. Thompson Jr.
