LOS ANGELES - Charles LiMandri, former counsel for Carrie Prejean, who was briefly Miss California, claims directors of the pageant leaked confidential information about Prejean's settlement and other matters, including an alleged sex video.
Defendants include Keith Lewis, executive director of the Miss California USA pageant, and Shanna Moakler, who was co-executive director.
Also sued in Superior Court are Keith Lewis's business K2 Productions; the Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon law office, based in Illinois with an office in Beverly Hills; and James D. Nguyen, an attorney and partner in the law firm.
LiMandri, of Rancho Santa Fe, filed the complaint pro se. He seeks damages for breach of settlement agreement, breach of confidentiality, fraudulent inducement and breach of faith.
