Minutemen Sue Caltrans To Adopt A Highway

SAN DIEGO (CN) - San Diego Minutemen sued Caltrans in Federal Court, claiming the state agency approved, then revoked its petition to "Adopt a Highway" and spruce up Interstate 5 south of the San Onofre Border Patrol checkpoint.

The border vigilantes claim the state violated its civil rights because of pressure from "three members of the California Legislature."
