Minority Biz Claims Rival Pulled a Fast One

WASHINGTON, D.C. (CN) - The nerve of some corporations. All-U-Need Temporary Services claims that First Transit and its subsidiary First Vehicle Services maliciously misappropriated All-U-Need's female- and minority-owned name and status to win a $33 million contract from Montgomery County, Md.

All-U-Need says First Transit reports $800 million in annual revenue, and it a division of London-based FirstGroup PLC, which reports more than $10 billion in annual revenue.

All-U-Need demands compensatory and treble damages. It is represented by Christopher Johns of Laurel, Md.
