Minor Errors

An appeals court in Texas ruled in favor of KHOU-TV and the Houston Chronicle in a libel and business disparagement suit brought by a bar over articles the media outlets ran about a shooting that happened near the bar, finding that minor errors in the articles did not make them “substantially untrue.”
