Minivan crash

DALLAS — An appeals court in Texas upheld a judgment in a products liability suit against American Honda Motor Co. that awarded millions to a woman who was rendered quadriplegic after a crash of a Honda Odyssey minivan. The court determined the evidence was sufficient to support the jury’s finding that Honda was negligent in the design of the 2011 vehicle.
