Mine Spill

ALBUQUERQUE — The Navajo Nation sued the United States et al. for the Aug. 5, 2015 spill of 3 million gallons of toxic waste from the abandoned Gold King Mine into upstream waters; click headline to see the defendants in Federal Court.
