A federal judge on Monday dismissed with leave to amend a woman’s claims against the University of California, the city of Berkeley and a protester, finding her claims stemming from a scuffle before a speech by Trump surrogate Milo Yiannopoulos are either barred by the Constitution or state law, or because they lack mention of specific injury.
