WASHINGTON - A federal judge on Tuesday sided with the U.S. Air Force on the "abstruse" civil rights complaint brought against it by Utah Air National Guardsman Layne Wilson over the discipline he faced for criticizing a gay couple's marriage at West Point and then calling his commanding officer an embarrassment.
