Middle School Teacher Gets|Six Years for Child Porn

SAN DIEGO (CN) - A former middle school teacher was sentenced Monday to 70 months in federal prison for possession of child pornography.

Timothy James Hensley, 39, of San Diego pleaded guilty in May to a five-count indictment charging him with receiving and possessing child pornography.

Hensley, formerly a teacher at Bell Middle School, was arrested at his home in January and his computer and discs were seized.

He also must register as a sex offender and serve five years of supervised release.
