Middle School Principal Slandered Girl With False Internet Sex Story, Say Girl and Mom

DETROIT (CN) - A student and her mom claim the principal of Boyd W. Arthurs Middle School slandered the girl by falsely claiming that she videotaped herself giving a boy oral sex in a school restroom and posted the film on the Internet.

The girl sued Trenton School District and school principal Stephanie Spurr.

She claims Spurr had her pulled out of class and "did interrogate her" and then "did publish to the minor plaintiff's friends, classmates, teachers, other employees of the Boyd w. Arthurs Middle School and the Trenton School District said false information."

The complaint alleges that this was done "for an ulterior motive or purpose," which is not elucidated.

The girl demands damages for slander. She is represented by Benjamin Hirsch of St. Clair Shores, Mich., in Wayne County Court.
