(CN) - Michael Jackson's former general manager admitted Wednesday that she did not file her taxes for two years, defrauding the government by at least $200,000.
Raymone Bain, a Washington D.C.-based public relations specialist, pleaded guilty to two counts of failure to file tax returns, the Justice Department said.
Bain became Michael Jackson's general manager and president of the Michael Jackson Co. in 2006, taking charge of the company's daily operations. She owes the government between $200,000 and $400,000, according the plea documents.
Bain faces up to 18 months prison and more than $100,000 in fines at sentencing, which U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan Kay has scheduled for Aug. 31.
