Michael Jackson

MANHATTAN (CN) - AllGood Entertainment says Michael Jackson and his former manager Frank Dileo breached a contract to let AllGood exclusively produce and promote the Jackson Family reunion tour this summer, in a $40 million demand in Federal Court.

AllGood claims the defendants "teamed up" to let Anshutz Entertainment Group produce shows.

AllGood sued Michael Jackson, Dileo Entertainment & Touring, Anshutz Entertainment Group, AEG Live LLC, AEG Live NY LLC, and Frank Dileo.
