Michael Flynn

A federal judge in Washington dismissed the criminal complaint against President Donald Trump’s former national security advisor Michael Flynn, who received a presidential pardon last month. However, the judge noted that pardon does not necessarily render Flynn “innocent” of any alleged crime.

WASHINGTON — A federal judge in Washington dismissed the criminal complaint against President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser Michael Flynn, who received a presidential pardon last month. The judge also noted, however, that pardon does not necessarily render Flynn “innocent” of any alleged crime.
