DES MOINES, Iowa – An appeals court in Iowa ruled that a woman was improperly sentenced for assaulting her boyfriend, because the lower court’s referral to her behavior as a “reverse Me Too situation,” revealed that it relied on an “unprosecuted and unproven charge.”
