Menacing a senator

ANCHORAGE — A federal grand jury indicted an Alaska man the state's U.S. attorney's office says threatened to kidnap and injure a U.S. senator in September. Arther Graham identified himself in a menacing web form submission, officials say, and was later arrested. His detention hearing is set for Nov. 21.
