LAS VEGAS (CN) - Siegfried & Roy sexually harassed and assaulted and battered four of their male assistants, the four men claim in Clark County Court. It's the second lawsuit in 6 months filed by one of the assistants, Oliver Preiss, against Roy Horn, who was mauled by a white tiger on stage at the Mirage in 2003.
Plaintiffs Preiss, Jayson Dondon and Dojie Macandog say they were Horn's employees between 2007 and 2010. Plaintiff Don Kruno says he was Siegfried Fischbacher's employee from 2006 to 2010.
They claim that "despite the injuries suffered during the tiger attack," Horn "still has full strength in his right arm, his mental faculties and the ability to conduct various business and daily activities without assistance."
Priess, Dondon and Macandog claim Horn groped their genitals and nipples, ordered them to touch his penis, forcibly kissed them and asked for sexual favors.
Kruno says Fischbacher approached him while Kruno was naked, grabbed Kruno's hand and placed it on the magician's penis, grabbed his butt and once tried to pull Kruno into his bed.
The men say they were forced to resign as a result of the conduct.
They claim that "videotaped evidence" shows Horn sexually assaulting a number of his employees or assistants.
Priess claimed in his lawsuit in September 2010 that Siegfried and Roy made repeated "requests for sex," that Horn made "sexual advances toward all male assistants," and that he forced his male assistants to watch pornography with him all night.
The four men seek unspecified damages for assault and battery.
They are represented by Sharon Nelson, who also filed the first complaint in September.
