Membership revoked

HONOLULU — Costco won in a Hawaii federal court on a former member’s claim that his membership was unfairly revoked over a domestic dispute involving his wife and her paramour. He failed to state a claim or make a justiciable request for relief, but because Costco interpreted one of the man’s filings as a 14th Amendment claim, full dismissal with prejudice is not yet appropriate.
