CLEVELAND – A class-action federal lawsuit claims Progressive Insurance has breached its statutorily-mandated duty to reimburse Medicare Advantage organizations for medical expenses arising out of automobile accidents.

The plaintiffs are MAO-MSO Recovery II LLC, MSP Recovery LLC and MSPA Claims 1 LLC. The defendants are The Progressive Corporation dba Progressive Group of Insurance Company and Progressive Casualty Insurance Company.
