Medical Pilot Says He Was Fired|For Refusing To Fly Unsafe Plane

SALT LAKE CITY (CN) - A pilot claims Eagle Air Med Corp., its Director of Operations Leo Ruiz and President Joe Hunt fired him illegally for refusing to fly a plane that was malfunctioning and was illegal to fly under FAA regulations. Pilot Todd Wilson also claims Ruiz told the day-shift pilot, who reported the equipment malfunction, not to report it - which is illegal. See complaint.
