JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services must disclose certain confidential information relating to medical marijuana cultivation facility license applications, the Missouri Supreme Court ruled, in a suit brought by a company that says its own application was “subjected to an arbitrary and capricious scoring process.”
