The New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that a construction company must reimburse an employee’s costs for his prescribed medical marijuana, finding the company is not exempted by the state’s Compassionate Use Act, and it does not “face a credible threat of federal criminal aiding-and-abetting or conspiracy liability.”
