The woman did not provide enough evidence that she needed marijuana to treat medical issues. </span>

HELENA, Mont. – The Montana Supreme Court ruled that a woman was properly denied her request for a medical marijuana card after she entered into a plea agreement on the charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs. The woman did not provide enough evidence that she needed marijuana to treat medical issues.
