Medical Leave

WASHINGTON - A woman did not waive privilege over most medical records Pinkerton Government Services says will prove she was undergoing an elective tummy tuck instead of the appendectomy for which she received medical leave, a federal judge ruled.

Pinkerton can, however, subpoena records about her medical leave and any telephone inquiry the surgical practice received about her, according to the decision.
