CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit ruled a doctors’ organization came “nowhere close” to stating a valid antitrust claim against the American Board of Medical Specialties, finding no evidence the board conspired with hospitals and insurers to condition staff privileges and in-network status on physicians’ compliance with certification requirements.
