Dr. Alex Rozenberg, with six cohorts and six corporations, including "fraudulently incorporated medical facilities," defrauded insurance companies by submitting bogus invoices with excessive charges for "unwarranted, unnecessary and undelivered medical evaluations, testing and treatment," Allstate claims in Brooklyn Federal Court.

Medical Art P.C.; Yonkers Medical Art P.C.; Onna Polack; Alexander Polack; Yuliy Goldman; Mighty Management Group Inc.; Mighty Management LLC; Blue Wave Management Inc.; Natalya Shvartsman; Emmanuel Kucherovsky; and Shaun Robinson aka Prince.
