A podiatrist sued three other podiatrists in separate defamation claims in Philadelphia Federal Court, claiming they told "PM News," falsely, that he was to blame for the rising cost of malpractice insurance because of "his willingness to travel anywhere and say anything to support frivolous claims." Dr. Jack Gorman sued Drs. Richard Benjamin, Allen Jacobs and John Levin.
