The estate of a patient who died at North Central Baptist Hospital claims in Bexar County Court, San Antonio, that he was just one of the deaths from Legionella bacteria, caused by Dunn Southeast dba R.J. Griffin and Co. General Contractors.

Another class action, in New Orleans Federal Court, claims Actavis and Mylan Pharmaceuticals' digitalis drug, Digitek, causes potentially fatal complication for heart patients. A similar class action has been filed in Kansas City, Mo., Federal Court.
