Dr. Raul Chirife, of Argentina, claims St. Jude Medical Inc. and Pacesetter Inc. dba St. Jude Medical Cardiac Rhythm Management Division, cheated him of patented improvements he made in pacemakers, in Tyler, Texas, Federal Court. Dr. Chirife says he was formerly chief medical resident at Boston City Hospital.

A patient claims Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital employee Brian Hoffart sexually assaulted her while she was a patient in the emergency room, in Milwaukee County Court.
