She sued Mylan Bertek Pharmaceuticals Inc. fka Bertek Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Texas Corporation; Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. a West Virginia Corporation; Mylan Laboratories Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation; Genpharm, a Canadian Corporation, in the Middle District of North Carolina Federal Court.
