A patient claims a surgeon at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale used a cell phone to take photos of the patient's genitals during surgery, for purposes unrelated to the surgery, and that stories about it, including the patient's name, then appeared in news articles around the world. He demands damages for privacy invasion, in Maricopa County Court, Phoenix.
