Indiana residents sued Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar in federal court, claiming he is illegally “bypass(ing) the legislative process and act(ing) unilaterally to fundamentally transform Medicaid … threatening irreparable harm to the health and welfare of the poorest and most vulnerable in our country.”
