Media Matters may face sanctions

FORT WORTH, Texas — A Texas federal court accused Media Matters for America of “gamesmanship” for litigating a lawsuit against it brought by the social media platform X for a year before requesting a transfer of venue to the Northern District of California. The court ordered X to brief the court on whether the left-leaning watchdog can or should be sanctioned for its conduct.
