Media Matters case not non-suited, yet

FORT WORTH, Texas — A federal court in Texas denied X’s request for an antisuit injunction against Media Matters for America, which sued X for “libel tourism” in a California federal court in March. The Texas federal court says that it is waiting for the California court to transfer or stay that action pending a determination by the Texas judge regarding how the cases should move forward.
