Medi-Cal Cuts

(CN) - The 9th Circuit on Friday withdrew and replaced a December 2012 opinion allowing a 10 percent funding cut to some Medi-Cal programs.

The full court declined to rehear the claims brought by various Medi-Cal providers and beneficiaries.

The three-judge panel replaced its earlier ruling with a near-identical one, which lifted a federal judge's orders blocking enactment of the cuts for some Medi-Cal programs.
