DALLAS (CN) - Dallas County promised to provide medical and mental health care to people with HIV/AIDS, but failed to pay for it, the Hillvale Medical Group Association claims in Dallas County Court. The county allegedly breached three contracts with the association's educational division to provide health care to eligible HIV/AIDS patients and their families or caregivers within a specified area of Dallas.
Hillvale says it performed the required health services, but the county has refused to foot the bill.
It is represented by George Bienfang of McShane & Davis.
