Meat Department Loses Union Bargaining Rights

WASHINGTON (CN) - The National Labor Relations Board had the discretion to strip the meat department in a Wal-Mart in Jacksonville, Texas, of its collective bargaining rights after it stopped selling freshly cut meat and sold only pre-cut meat, the D.C. Circuit ruled.
