An employee at a McDonald's in Mason, Ohio, allegedly grabbed a female customer in a bear hug, squeezed her breast and yelled, "I love them boobies!" The woman complained to other employees, who told her, "Yeah that's Ralph, he's done this before," Billie Jo Bias claims in Butler County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Swider Electric in Columbus Federal Court; Aramark Services in Houston Federal Court; Kibby Welding in Grand Rapids Federal Court; and Gruma Corporation, Mission Foods, Grant Parking and Brink's Security in Los Angeles Superior Court.
