May Says School Fired Him Illegally|After He Spoke To McCain At A Rally

MARSHALL, TEXAS (CN) - An former employee claims the Winona Independent School District unconstitutionally fired him the day after he spoke publicly to Sen. John McCain at a political rally in Tyler, Texas.

Charles Strength says he spoke to McCain about "bombs being made and exploded at an unnamed school." Strength claims that before he even left the rally, he got a reprimand from the school superintendent, who called him on his cell phone. And he claims that the next day, less than 24 hours after he spoke to McCain, the superintendent fired him.

The federal complaint does not state what Strength's job was. He is represented by William Hommel.
