SAN FRANCISCO (CN) — The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday upheld the dismissal of a lawsuit against Match.com filed by a woman whose date stabbed her, finding the website had no “special relationship” with the woman that would oblige it to warn her the man was dangerous.
