Massive Dumping Alleged At Los Alamos Labs

ALBUQUERQUE (CN) - The U.S. Department of Energy has illegally dumped hazardous and radioactive waste on more than 2,000 sites around Los Alamos National Laboratories for 60 years, poisoning the environment, public drinking water taken from the Rio Grande, and endangering public health, a slew of environmental and community groups claim in Federal Court. They claim the DOE continues to dump toxins illegally, without permits.
