Masseur Sues Bernard Hopkins For $35K

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - A massage therapist claims middleweight fighter Bernard Hopkins Jr. stiffed him for $35,000 for 4 months work. Michael Marzulli says Hopkins promised to pay him after he fought Winky Wright in July 2007, but Hopkins fired him after the fight and ran out on the bill.

Marzulli says Hopkins owes him $35,227.50, plus interest and costs. He is represented by David Denenberg in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
