Massachusetts victims’ rights

BOSTON — The Massachusetts Supreme Court held that a speaker at a so-called straight pride parade in Boston was not the victim of disorderly conduct when several individuals, who were arrested, interrupted the rally. He therefore has no right to challenge the district attorney's decision to drop charges against the protesters.
