Masks in schools

AUSTIN, Texas — In a suit brought by disabled school students, a federal court in Texas ruled Attorney General Ken Paxton cannot enforce Governor Greg Abbott’s executive order that prohibited government entities, including public school districts, from imposing mask requirements.
