(CN) - Ten Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents and five Berwick town cops, all but three of them wearing black masks, invaded a home a 4 a.m. in a search for an alleged "illegal alien," flipping over furniture, destroying property, and terrorizing two children and their parents, all of them U.S. citizens, the Perez family claims in a federal civil rights complaint.
