Mask mandates

DALLAS — An appeals court in Texas upheld a temporary injunction granted to Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins in his suit over whether Governor Greg Abbott has the authority to preclude county judges from issuing orders that require the wearing of masks in response to the pandemic.
