Maryland Appeals Court

ZONING - A Maryland appeals court found that the Baltimore County Board of Appeals properly denied Trinity Church's request for a zoning variance to change the height and square footage of a church sign. The sign is located along a highway and was found to compromise traffic safety and community aesthetics as reflected in the county's zoning regulations.
