(CN) - The three children of Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King have settled on undisclosed terms a lawsuit over the King estate. Bernice and Martin Luther King III sued Dexter King last year in Fulton County Court, demanding information about King Inc., of which Dexter is the president. The trial was to begin soon.
Relations between the siblings deteriorated after the death of their mother, Coretta Scott King, in 2006. Their issues include how to apportion the $32 million gained from the sale of their father's archives. Dexter King countersued his sister, who was in charge of their mother's estate. A state judge in September ordered the siblings to negotiate and a family meeting on Monday produced the settlement
