LOS ANGELES (CN) – Olympic swimmer Mark Spitz says Medco Health Services used his image in a commercial without permission. Spitz, who won seven gold medals in the 1972 Olympics, says his licensing agreement ended in December 2008, but Medco continues to run commercials using his name and image without paying him. Spitz is represented in Superior Court by Richard Foster and Stephen Smyth
